Britney Spears threatened with Restraining Order.

The Four Seasons Hotel is seeking restraining order to keep Britney Spears and her assortment of hideous hair weaves away from the establishment. A legal “notice of trespass” has been drawn up to enlist police assistance in keeping the pop tart away from the hotel after she recently staged a sit-in in the hotel’s drive-in lane and refused to move her vehicle unless she was granted access to the hotel.

According to the National Enquirer:

Britney Spears left her car parked in the drive-in lane of the Four Seasons’ underground car park and refused to move it or hand over the keys until she was threatened by staff. She then had to be turned away from using the hotel’s spa, prompting her to rant, “Do you know who I am. I f**king built this place. I’ve spent so much money here I could have bought the God-damn hotel.”

Britney Spears a Child Abuser?

An unscheduled hearing was held today at L.A. County Superior Court. Present — Britney’s lawyer, Dennis Wasser, K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, and a lawyer from the Los Angeles County Counsel who is assigned to the dependency court.

We do not know the specifics of the allegations but we’re told the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is conducting an active investigation.

A hearing in the custody case has been scheduled for Sept. 4, which will be a follow up to today’s appearance.
